To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
(Senior) Quality Specialist FG (f/d/m)
in Full-time employee and permanent for our plant in Seesen/Münchehof.
Your tasks
- Quality with Impact: You ensure consistent quality control and assurance at the sites, continuously updating production standards and playing key role in central quality audits.
- KPIs & Root Cause Excellence: You create, adjust, monitor, analyze and report quality KPIs and reports, lead RCA activities and perform quality tests whenever required.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: You drive quality improvement and problem-solving processes, develop SOPs and implement corrective actions together with central functions and production partners.
- Structured Quality Systems: You manage measurement plans, maintain the quality management system and ensure a clear, reliable structure of quality data and information systems.
- Clear & Caring Communication: You collaborate efficiently with diverse teams, keep your supervisor well informed and communicate openly and respectfully across functions.
- Health & Safety Champion: You work in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, use protective equipment responsibly and actively contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace.
- Strong Team Collaboration: You work closely with R&D, Process Engineering, Sites Managements, Product Management and HMOS, contributing your expertise with confidence and empathy.
- Growth & Ownership: You deepen your professional knowledge, complete tasks reliably, improve work routines and handle assets responsibly.
You are...
- smart? You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quality or a comparable field. In addition, you bring at least 12 months of experience in a similar position, experience in the fiber gypsum or building materials industry is an advantage. You have proven knowledge of quality improvement processes, project management and the establishment of quality processes. You are familiar with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA and 8D, as well as with relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001). Ideally, you hold a Six Sigma qualification (minimum Green Belt, Black Belt preferred) and are confident in analyzing data and working with metrics using tools such as Excel or Minitab.
