HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
in Full-time employee and unlimited for our plant in Orejo (Cantabria)
Your tasks
- Key Supporter for local HRBP and relevant HR projects (Time&Attendance, Payroll, Employee Portal, ServiceNow etc.)
- Data management in HCM SAP system
- Time&Attendance administration
- Payroll preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Documentation & HR Compliance for auditing and reporting
You are...
- smart? A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification provides a solid foundation, complemented by at least two years in HR Payroll and four years in HR Administration. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office ensures efficient payroll management, while advanced English skills (spoken and written) and basic German knowledge facilitate communication in an international environment.
- driven? The ability to address and resolve issues proactively and a commitment to staying updated on payroll regulations ensure compliance and precision. Flexibility for travel to Düsseldorf as needed underscores dedication to collaboration and professional engagement.
- real? Strong interpersonal skills are key, particularly the ability to communicate professionally with employees and management. A friendly, approachable demeanor fosters trust and a positive work culture.
