To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
EU Product LCA Manager (f/d/m)
in Full-time employee and permanent for our European Headquarters in Düsseldorf. We offer a hybrid workplace model (2 days office/3 days remote).
Your tasks
- Holistic environmental assessment: You lead and take ownership of meaningful life cycle assessments (LCAs) for our building materials, creating a solid foundation for sustainable decisions.
- Transparent EPDs: You develop and maintain robust Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and translate complex results into clear, easy-to-understand insights for all stakeholders.
- Insight-driven impact analysis: You identify environmental impacts and hotspots across the product portfolio using data-driven approaches and derive targeted improvement actions.
- Progress through collaboration: You initiate and steer cross‑functional projects, working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve measurable reductions in the environmental footprint.
- Clear sustainability communication: You communicate environmental performance data transparently to customers, strengthening trust and credibility.
- Digital & future-focused: You drive digital solutions that provide reliable, accessible product impact information and actively promote a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
You are...
- smart? You bring strong professional expertise in conducting life cycle assessments (LCAs) for building materials and have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). Using data-driven analyses, you identify environmental impacts and hotspots across the product portfolio and translate insights into targeted improvement actions. You also have experience implementing digital solutions to provide reliable and verifiable environmental information.

You initiate and lead cross-functional projects with a clear focus on achieving measurable reductions in environmental footprints. With your proactive, future-oriented mindset, you champion continuous improvement in environmental performance and are eager to turn ideas into impact.
