Technical Engineer (f/d/m)

in full-time and permanent for our Dutch market. We offer remote work.

Your tasks

  • Advise with Confidence: You guide customer groups on how to best use standard fermacell products and systems in their projects.
  • Set Clear Standards: You create practical advisory guidelines that help ensure consistent and reliable recommendations.
  • Tailor Solutions: You develop and explain customized technical advice for high-impact projects, based on your expertise and available reports.
  • Support Across Teams: You coach and assist colleagues in Regional Management, Quality & Environment (KAM), and Supply Chain (SC) with technical insights.
  • Spot Market Signals: You identify market developments, customer needs, regulatory changes, trends, and potential risks early on.
  • Solve with Precision: You conduct on-site assessments, evaluate customer complaints, determine root causes, develop solutions, and document everything clearly in the CRM system.
  • Prevent with Expertise: You advise on technical applications to help prevent complaints — both internally and externally.
  • Inform with Clarity: You provide product information to customers, public authorities, and other stakeholders in a clear and accessible way.
  • Be a Technical Anchor: You offer reliable technical support — including over the phone — to RM, KAM, and SC teams.

You are...

  • smart? You hold a technical degree at HBO level. You bring solid experience and technical expertise in building materials, systems, and principles — especially in dry interior construction. You’re familiar with Dutch building regulations and standards relevant to your role. You work confidently with MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and CRM systems.
  • driven? You’re independent, proactive, and self-assured — both in individual tasks and within a team setting. You plan effectively, set priorities, and approach tasks with a goal- and results-oriented mindset. Your ability to analyze, assess, and abstract complex situations helps you stay focused and solution-driven, even under pressure.
  • real? You impress with your communication skills, persuasive nature, and professional appearance. You express yourself clearly in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, and have working knowledge of German and English — with at least written proficiency in English. Your careful and creative approach makes you a valued contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
